No. We’re operators. We align via fees + equity and/or deferment, not cash investment.

Are you FCA-authorised?
No. We don’t provide regulated investment services. Where appropriate, investor introductions are coordinated alongside FCA-authorised partners.

What does a partnership actually look like week to week?
We take a Non-Executive Director seat and work 0.5–2 days/week.

Do you take a board seat in every partnership?
Usually, yes (NED). It sets the cadence and accountability. Services projects don’t require a seat.
